Dermapen 4 creates thousands of microscopic channels in the skin. The skin responds by producing new collagen and elastin — it becomes smoother and firmer, and scars and pores are less visible. We work with the original medical device and sterile single-use cartridges.

How the treatment works
- ConsultationWe determine the area, the treatment depth and a possible combination with PRP or exosomes.
- NumbingWe cleanse the skin and apply a numbing cream.
- MicroneedlingThe device with a sterile single-use cartridge passes over the treated area at the set depth.
- SoothingFinally we apply soothing care — or PRP or exosomes, which penetrate deeper through the channels.
Preparation and aftercare
- Redness similar to sunburn usually subsides within 24–48 hours.
- Do not wear make-up for 24 hours; avoid sport, sauna and swimming pools for 48 hours.
- Do not use retinol, acids or peels for 3–5 days.
- Protect your skin with SPF 50 and avoid the sun for at least 2 weeks.
When to postpone the treatment
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammatory acne, cold sores or another infection in the area
- Isotretinoin use in the last 6 months
- Tendency to keloid scarring
- Blood clotting disorders or blood-thinning medication
- Fresh tan or sunburn

Does it hurt?
Thanks to the numbing cream, the treatment is well tolerated. The areas around the mouth and on the forehead tend to be more sensitive.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually 3–6, depending on the concern. Scars and stretch marks tend to need more, overall skin rejuvenation fewer.
Why combine it with PRP or exosomes?
The microneedling channels let active ingredients penetrate deeper. The combination can support healing and the result.
What is the best time of year?
The treatment can be done all year round, but strict sun protection is needed afterwards — which is why autumn to spring is ideal.
